Creative writing “makes” radio
Text production is a complicated process. It requires imagination, creativity, critical thinking. At the same time, while writing the text, there must be control over the spelling of the words and their good image. In addition, it must be interesting for the author to be able to communicate it properly. A potential writer like the student in question, apart from imaginative ways of producing text, wants motivation. Communicating through his text to the largest possible audience is also an incentive.
What is going to happen
Now, the creators of texts at School are finding a way out!
They share their texts through a radio show!
No! They won’t call us on a conventional radio.
The show we create will be broadcast by the student radio, which hosts all student creations on its platform. And because it’s an internet radio, students’ voices can reach the ends of the earth.
When and where?
In the 4 hour experiential seminar that will take place at the 1st & 2nd Primary School of Limassol Chersonissos on Saturday October 12th from 9.30 – 1.30. We will learn how to teach our students how to create texts and then broadcast with them!
What will it take?
Happy, eager to learn something new, and optimistic that we will do it!
In this will be assisted by teacher Maria Melesanakis and a member of the Student Society of Student Radio and Fotini Magriplis Kindergarten and playwright.
The positions, due to the laboratory nature of the seminar, will be 25.
This will keep the order of priority.
