Inspired by the educational program “Broadcasting on European School Radio – Journalistic Production” an inter-university team was created from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and the International Hellenic University (IHU). New members participate voluntarily, get to know the studio, use it for their projects, contribute to the dissemination of the rich work within the universities, and simultaneously educate students.
1st meeting- Get to know each other
In September 2023, the students were informed, the team meetings began, and they got to know each other better. They also created a video for the program.
The next collaborative project occurred on December 19, 2023, as part of the European School Radio’s Birthday celebration, marking “12 years of Student Radio”. Many schools connected live and gave an interview on air. A three-hour production was carried out that was streamed on European School Radio’s YouTube channel and on the radio.
The World Radio Day on February 13, 2024, was also an occasion for a team production, which was once again carried out with great success.
Throughout the year, the students recorded and captured their productions in the studio, such as the podcast series “IHUntai Paramythia” (Broadcasting fairytales).

In April 2024, the students participated in the Beyond Expo at the IHU pavilion, acting as reporters, and conducting interviews with visitors and attendees.
Just before the academic year ended, the ApUTHanoi IHUlhptes participated in the 1st Student Groups Symposium of the School of Engineering at the IHU.
Wrapping up the program, the internal evaluation took place during a live broadcast on the last day of the school visit, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. This time, the protagonists of the program were behind the microphones.
